Job Description

Responsibilities for the position include:

  • Quickly become familiar with client business challenges, processes, and technologies
  • Define and document current-state business functions and processes
  • Identify opportunities for improving business processes through technology
  • Provide connection between business and technology to ensure an impactful solution is delivered
  • Responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements as well as data requirements
  • Assess feasibility of implementing requirements and ensure requirements will satisfy business needs
  • Create process flows to document business processes. Identify process gaps and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Serve as a point of contact for implementation vendor including business requirements inquiries and facilitate answers with internal stakeholders
  • Testing plan development and execution:
    • Create internal QA Testing Plan
    • Execute QA Testing Plan
    • Report Defect Summary from QA Testing
  • Analyze data, interpret results, and provide insights back to the business
  • Communicate with all levels of stakeholders including executives, providers, developers, and customers

Specific qualifications includes:

  • Ability to document complex processes and communicate concepts clearly
  • Ability to interface with technical and business customers
  • Experience in eliciting and documenting requirements
  • Experience facilitating meetings with business and technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • SQL skills preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
